Coming from a “True Power Yoga” background Teresa experienced that dynamic movement helps moving towards stillness. After many years of practice, Teresa understood that Yoga is not a one size fits all and she focuses in her classes on breathing techniques, movement and meditation. It is not about getting a sweaty workout but about making a deep impact on your life. Through elongation and elasticity you will help your body to prevent injuries and through breathing you will live a better quality in your life moving towards the path of mindfulness.
