Pilates Mat Certification Details

Course can be done in studio or online
Taught by third generation Pilates teachers with 20 years’ experience
In depth Mat course manual for reference during the course and after
Perform and teach exercises with
4 days, 6 hours each day, divided in two weekends with a test on the final day.
