Teresa Fracasso is a leadership and wellness coach, international speaker, and co-founder of the Metodo Plexus<\/strong> \u2014 a certified system that blends classical Pilates, somatic movement, and real-world leadership tools. Born in Germany to Italian and Brazilian<\/strong> parents, and raised across cultures, Teresa brings a deep understanding of human connection and global perspective to her work. With a degree in communications<\/strong> and certifications in third-generation Pilates<\/strong>, True Power Yoga<\/strong>, and wellness coaching<\/strong>, she combines movement and mindset to guide people through transitions, build resilience, and lead with clarity and authenticity.<\/p>

Teresa was honored with an award for her talk on resilience<\/strong>, recognizing her unique voice and presence. She believes that true leadership begins with self-awareness \u2014 of both body and mind<\/strong> \u2014 and that the way we move through life shapes the way we lead.\u00a0<\/p>

Jonathan Medros<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jonathan Medros<\/strong> is the co-founder of Plexus<\/strong> and creator of the Metodo Plexus<\/strong>, a certified movement system recognized by ASI<\/strong> and affiliated with CONI<\/strong>. Born in Chicago<\/strong> to an American mother and Italian father<\/strong>, Jonathan blends his multicultural roots with a deep dedication to physical well-being, science, and innovation.<\/p>

Originally trained in classical literature<\/strong> at Evergreen State College, he later earned a Master\u2019s in Film Music Composition<\/strong> at Rome\u2019s Experimental Center of Cinematography<\/strong>. His foundation in movement began early through years of practice with his mother, Patricia Medros<\/strong>, a pioneer of Pilates in Italy. He later formalized his studies with advanced certifications in orthopedic manual physical therapy<\/strong> from NAIOMT<\/strong>.<\/p>

Jonathan developed the Plexus Method by combining his deep anatomical knowledge with years of hands-on client work. In 2021, he founded the Plexus Method Teacher Training School<\/strong>, now training instructors across Italy and beyond. His work has also been featured on national television in Italy on La Porta Magica<\/strong>, where he showcased compelling results achieved through the Plexus Method.<\/p>

Currently, Jonathan is developing a digital app<\/strong> to bring the method to a broader audience, making expert-guided movement accessible to more people worldwide.Jonathan\u2019s mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies \u2014 with clarity, structure, and purpose<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
