Body Bare Method

The Body Barre uses the typical positions of dance and blends them with the principles of classic Pilates and Yoga to create a perfect balance given by strength, grace and flexibility. Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk. On the barre and through the use of small tools, the muscles of the legs, buttocks, abdomen and arms are toned, lengthened and defined alternating aerobic moments with those of anaerobic muscle strengthening.
